Hong Kong

Getting closer to the end of my project meant it was time to pull out all of the tricks in the book. When a pack of frozen dim sim caught my eye in the supermarket I knew it wasn’t below me to take the easy route for one of the last meals. This pack even said Hong Kong on the front so that was legit enough for me. We made housemate night an Asian feast with my Siu Mai Dim Sim and stir fried noodles and steamed greens that the house mate made. We managed to make a decent dent into the mountain of fried noodles and remembered the greasy side of Asian cuisine. Completely satisfying with just a tinge of guilt, the dim sim weren’t too shabby either.
