Around the World in 80 Days [71-80]

This one was inspired by the legends at Taste of Prague. I followed the advice of these guys when I traveled through Prague. They know their stuff. I ate very well because of them. So I watched their stories and they make a egg sambo. I have some eggs… I can do that I think. I used my left over pumpernickel bread as well as the mustard I made for Germany. So I scored well on resourcefulness. Not so keen on the flavour though. Probably my bad though… that mustard is strong.
