The final cook up! Well for the project anyway. I will definitely continue to explore with my taste buds beyond these 80 days. Last but not least was this Bosnian delight; Burek. I remember eating Burek in Croatia as it is popular throughout the Balkans. It was a cheap and filling lunch that was easy to grab on the go, with different fillings such as savoury mince or spinach and ricotta. The one an only Lonely Planet inspired with their recipe and they have plenty more that I would happily try.
