Singapore

So this one was a little sneaky. It was a Friday night I was ready for something easy. I thought that I’d give Singapore a try because Asian food is usually easy to order. However, the hole in my cunning plan was that Singaporean restaurants are hard to come by, as it turns out. This is where I had to get sneaky. I know from research that Laksa is a big player in the Singaporean cuisine. I also know that the local Thai place has Laksa on their menu. So I went to Singapore through Thailand. A bit cheeky but we are on the final sprint, so you gotta do, what you gotta do.
