Scotland

Ok, this may be considered cheating… but I want to get those countries in. Scotland. Initially I thought about haggis because that’s as Scottish as the come, but… where would I find that, and would I want to? Then, came the idea for the scotch egg, but as it turns out… it’s not Scottish at all. So scotch fingers, or short bread, was the alternative. I could have cooked it, but I didn’t. But hey, it’s imported from Scotland, so it’s legit. A biscuit and a cup of tea- happy days.
